Our first visit here was in July 2023, and ended up being the place I proposed to my husband. Naturally, it is a very special place, and we chose to end our California vacation here. Immediately upon arrival BJ helped us with our bags. We were greeted warmly as always and John began the check in process… to my surprise, John asked if he could do something special for our return, and upgraded our ocean-front room to a junior suite on the same floor we got engaged on, just a few doors down from the exact spot. The entire staff seemed to be celebrating with us and really made our return feel special. The room was spectacular and the service is unmatched. Everything was clean, extremely well stocked and very comfortable. The views of the water and beach are enough to instantly put you in relaxation mode. You won’t find a better place to stay in Santa Monica, and you certainly will not find a more united and dedicated team of hospitality professionals either. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, BJ, John and the entire team at Viceroy Santa Monica for once again reminding us of how special this place is. We will definitely return and will be counting down the days until we see you again!Show More
