Tras quejas a Booking y no hacerse responsable de lo que nos estaba ocurriendo tras pedir una cancelación de reserva, no solo por no ponerse en contacto , sino también por los comentarios pésimos de otros clientes; tuvimos que reservar otro alojamiento ante la preocupación e incertidumbre. The lady who manages the hotel (originally from Poland) was incredibly kind, warm and attentive – she made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The Hungarian gentleman who works at reception during the night was also exceptionally friendly and fascinating to talk to; he taught me a lot about his country and culture, which was an unexpected pleasure. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable, and the location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Earl’s Court, just a few minutes’ walk from the Underground, cafés and beautiful streets. The value for money is outstanding for London.Show More
