8.1(729)10/10 Fantastic hotel in a very ideal location for all the sights of this amazing city.
This review is all about the amazing staff at this fantastic hotel. Situated just a few blocks from Grand Central Station it is in a great location. Very special thanks to Erica Kuskin for the wonderful room she gave us & her warmth, friendliness & helpfulness. Also thanks to John, Thomas, Marlon & Deidre at reception - lovely people. Breakfast was a busy time but Octavia was great & special thanks to Neville Cunningham. And finally a very warm & special thank you to Eva & Ken who greeted us for our evening drinks & Fahad, Maximo, Tarek & Charlie for making our evenings so much fun.... All the staff here are wonderful, friendly & so eager to help & make your stay memorable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but again very special thanks to Neville for managing this.
The staff seem to be a "family" & they should be celebrated for their hard work & dedication.
A great hotel which we are already planning to return to next April.

7/10 Not the best Westin but it's okay
I liked the location since it is just a few minutes walk to Time Square. I liked that they offered us a welcome drink. Check-in was easy. Thomas at the front desk was exceptional. I loved that he offered me the choice of a complimentary drink or breakfast voucher. I also loved that such a huge hotel had multiple elevators that operates at a good speed. Overall staff was friendly and lobby area looked clean.

6/10 What more could you ask for? A manager who declines to answer guest emails?
What more could you ask for? A manager who doesn’t answer his guest emails? Cold coffee, fruit salad with hardly anything but melon and dry scrambled eggs for breakfast? Waiters that growl at you? Key cards that take you anywhere in the lift except the floor you want? And high fidelity sound when your neighbour flushes a major? All with great service and smiles from living treasures Hector, Sandra, Rhonda, William Cunningham, Deirdre and others. If we come back it will be for them, a great location and views of the Empire State Building too.

10/10 Highly recommend!
Loved this hotel! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC. The staff were always very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and checkout a little later. The room was a good size, the beds were super comfy and the hotel was clean. The location is excellent, only a few minutes was from Grand Central station and all the shops/attractions. Very convenient to get the subway too! The area in general felt safe too. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

10/10 Good experience with breakfast and the staff
The hotel was a very welcoming and quiet place. Despite being in a busy area, it was very quiet, and all the hallways were very clean. The customer service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. I had a great experience with Nevillu. He was very pleasant. He was very helpful and guided us both times my group of friends and I went to breakfast. I would love to receive the same service from the same hotel staff the day I return.

10/10 Great Concierge
I want to thank Jose Miguel who was the best concierge! I lost my cell phone in a taxi cab and Jose went above and beyond in helping me get it back. He provided me the best customer service and helped me remain calm while I was anxious about losing my life line while on business. Jose was amazing!

10/10 Half marathon / st Patrick’s week visit
Another incredible stay at the westin who’s staff always are the best in the business. Very friendly, kind always with a smile. We love staying there. Erica, Deidre, Tomas, Ernie, Neville, Mina, Dennis - ye are amazing 🤩 can’t wait to come back in November for the marathon

Excellent stay. Great room and amazing team members. I want to give particular thanks to Neville and his staff at the restaurant. They were very busy but helpful and caring and made you feel at home I will definitely be back each time I am in the city

The hotel and location was perfect. Walking distance from a lot popular attractions including Times Square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again while visiting NY.

Thomas was so pleasant and helpful at check-in. Rooms were more spacious than other hotels in NyC. Bed and pillows were as good as they are hyped to be. It was clean, quiet, and it was great coming home to this after a long day of adventures.

10/10 Perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Clean and spacious room. Great location and near everything you want in Manhattan. It worked out especially for us during the New Year’s Eve.
