Very tiny room, farther from station than what it actually says. Very loud at night, a lot of drunk people on the streets outside and the noise comes through the wall. Very loud at night, a lot of drunk people on the streets outside and the noise comes through the wall. Room, especially the air condition, wreaked like cigarettes. The AC also kept shutting off saying needs cleaning. Called front desk twice. They did offer to change our rooms but we already had to figure out the space for that room and it wasn’t guaranteed that the next room wouldn’t have the same issue. It was very late when we checked in, around 1145 so didn’t want to go through that. Show More

They had me fill out all the paperwork and when they realize that I was gonna put my cousins bags in my hotel room while we were out ...I booked a room and within an hour I was at the hotel to check in. I had stuff in her bag that I wanted to transfer over to my bag and they never allowed me to check in and didn’t give me a refund.Show More
