First thing for the positive is staff were lovely to us & helpful. Its also close to times square walking distance. Negatives; rooms are very small, everything is very tired & broken. Negatives; rooms are very small, everything is very tired & broken. Hotel didn't feel safe many women turning up for work with men if you get me, roof top wasn't open, no kettle in room. Window in the room on 18th floor broken, shower falling apart, bed all worn like a mouse had chewed it, noise levels all night was extremely loud, we had asked for 2 single beds being mother & daughter but love holidays booked us a queen bed which was really.very small hotel. Rang love holidays to help us move but they didn't help us. Again thre staff were extremely nice & helpful but the hotel is falling apart. For what we paid we could've stayed more central & in a much better star rating hotel. Not being to America before we trusted our holiday company which was a bad idea...Show More
