We were notified of the change less than 24hr before checkin. Reading other reviews, it appears someone else had the same issue and might have been allocated the same alternate unit. This review is of the alternate accommodation. Main bedroom bed had another mattress and base set stacked on top of the bed and bedframe due to a damaged bed frame. Bed was about 4 foot off the ground. Sliding doors to outside - lounge one difficult to open / close; second bedroom door handle broken. Only 1 teaspoon in the unit??? Electrical plug behind the hob doesn’t work. Tumble drier doesn’t work - knob broken off. Cupboard doors in front of washing machine and tumble drier are not on their rails - almost impossible to move them and they jamb on washing machine door if left slightly open. Second bathroom - no nonslip mat for shower in bath; bath plug cannot close. Sleeper couch in lounge is collapsing and inadequate to accommodate 3 or 4 in the unit. The alternative (kitchen bar stools) very uncomfortable for sitting for any length of time - better to sit on the floor. The unit is tired with marks on all walls. Seriously needs a coat of paint and maintenance throughout the unit. Very disappointing - particularly after 2 long haul flights to get there Show More

Futon in living room was broken and not comfortable to sit on. It is right in front of the TV and with only one other chair, not great. We tried to fix the angle but it would only lay flat. We contacted the owner/property manager (or contact person) and he said he would have someone come in the next day to look at it. They did come and he said the springs were gone and would have to be replaced or a new couch would need to be purchased. Well, I guess that helps the next guy but unfortunately not us. I think another chair would have been helpful. The unit is nice but there are a few cosmetic things that should be fixed like some missing baseboards with holes in the drywall where the baseboards should be as well as small holes in the drywall in the ceiling in one of the showers and other areas in the bathrooms. Not sure if they had water problems at one time but not nice to look at. The unit lacked supplies. There could be a few more towels and facecloths. In the kitchen there were no tea towels or dish cloths, yes there is a dishwasher but why put on for just a couple of dishes. No paper towel or Kleenex in the unit, bought our own. Loved the size of this unit it is nice and bright with big windows. The beds are comfortable. Great location, close to groceries, restaurants and events. Overall a nice place to stay.Show More

Check in and check out took 1 hour each time. I thought the initial text correspondence from owners was a scam bc they didn’t have a company name and so I didn’t give them my email information. The listing is 151 Dan leckie way however you have to enter the 21 iceboat terrace entrance. You have to go up to get the key at unit and then go back down to park car. Same at checkout. Elevators weren’t working at checkout. Had to use stairs with our luggage. There were no washcloths. Pull out couch was only for one person even though it is listed for 2 people. The second bed was in a small space with a curtain leaving no privacy. Show More

For the property that we did stay at, the futon couch was broken and all bended. We put the mattress on the floor so we could use it as a bed. One of the bedrooms was way to tall for a rental property. There was 2 boxsprings and a mattress. The only seating there was, were barstools and bar height flimsy chairs. We had to be in all different rooms when we were at the Condo. The location was good.Show More
