While the staff were readily responsive, the amount of inconvenience did not make up for it. First of all, the layout of the building was extremely confusing in accordance to finding your room from the parking garage, the lighting in the room is minimal - not ideal for putting make up on. The fobs only work half the time, nor should I have to call for Wi-Fi support as the proposed iD was non-existent, followed by "did you troubleshoot the modem?". Then, during check out, only one elevator was working in the building due to "monthly generator repairs" so my options were "take the stairs" (all the way down to P4 [which you need your fob to get to despite instructed to leave it in the room upon check out] or wait "about 30 minutes" for the next elevator (which was jam packed). Unreal. Do better, RivetStays. Show More

They seem disorganized. We were met to get the keys but the room was still being cleaned but they brought us to the room as three people rushed to clean the apartment and clean around us. Very weird and everything was rushed. The balcony has a nice view but was filthy dirty and no chairs to sit and enjoy it. I requested late check out which they gave to me for free because of the check-in experience but a cleaner let herself into our room anyway and they charged us so I had to request a refund. They are just seemed disorganized from the top down. I wouldn’t stay with them again at any of their properties. Show More

Check out also required a text to which I never received a response so I followed it up with a phone call. Only one key and fob for three guests was very inconvenient as we were often going separate ways. The gym requires a booking with the concierge and the pool was out of service. There was a day when only one of three elevators was working which made getting on and off the upper floors very time consuming, however, it was repaired the next day. The room was modern and clean and well equipped. The location has everything you need nearby. There are some sketchy people in the area and as a woman I would not walk alone after dark. Show More

The unit was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view from the balcony. Would have been nice if there was a couple of chairs on the balcony. Great location. Got the parking which turned out to be a little complicated as the fob wasn’t working to get in and since at check out I was to leave the apartment keys in the unit I had to move the car to public parking and then return to the unit to return the keys. The elevators require a fob to access and not all elevators go to all floors. So that took a little figuring out. All in all great place. Would stay again. But maybe would skip the parking and just park in the public garage. Show More
