I came to Adelaide with my best friend for his birthday. I was truly so sick I almost didn’t come, but from the moment we arrived, the staff were so empathetic and friendly. Lindy took care of us gett...I came to Adelaide with my best friend for his birthday. I was truly so sick I almost didn’t come, but from the moment we arrived, the staff were so empathetic and friendly. Lindy took care of us getting into the room a little earlier so I could lay down. The next day, I came home from dinner sick on my own, and Bernie saw me and wrapped me up in a blanket and encouraged me to get some rest and call if I needed anything. A few days later I went shopping in Rundle mall, and the shop attendant didn’t take the tag off my shoes for me. I came to the desk and Saira was so happy to help me out as I was running late to dinner. The staff were so friendly and wonderful and we had such a nice stay. We also were lucky and spoilt to receive a free parking ticket for his birthday on Tuesday. We will definitely be back, other than the location being so perfect, the staff made us feel so at home. I was so unwell and they were incredibly caring and attentive. I really appreciate you lovely women. Thank you!!!Show More

The reception staff were wonderful! Our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late, but they were so accommodating — they arranged to leave our key in a secure safe for us to collect when we arrived...The reception staff were wonderful!
