The A/C didn't work but they fixed it first thing the next day. I really enjoyed the pool. It was the warmest (which was still not very warm) and nicest on our whole road trip. Our room was large, had a sofa, chair and desk, and that was the best thing. The alarm clock was terribly confusing. We had to use it to recharge our devices and somehow it must have accidentally been triggered or it was left on from the last guests, because it woke us up at 6am, hours before we wanted to get up. That was a downer. The towels were better than many hotels. We will stay here again. And that says a lot. (I'll double check the A/C and alarm clock next time before 5pm when maintenance leaves.Show More

The beds were not comfortable pillows were big and hard , there was no gym , the breakfast was not very good. The staff was not friendly seemed annoyed to have to do the regular duties like check in, they seemed to not have enough staff to run the hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere however we stayed there to be near Yoho and there are not alot of options. I would not stay here again due to the price too high for what you get. Show More
