I hate to leave a negative review but this is a must! Overall all the staff were not welcoming at all, they all need to be trained to work in the hospitality business to at least have a smile on their...I hate to leave a negative review but this is a must! Overall all the staff were not welcoming at all, they all need to be trained to work in the hospitality business to at least have a smile on their faces. Speaking to reception seemed like a favor done to us by blessing us with a room which was booked online at least 3 weeks in advance. One staff member in particular seemed like he was opposed to booking rooms online when I asked about our family of 5 guests with a room that sleeps only 4. His answer was that even if I had entered 6 people through Expedia the system would allow me to book a room with 2 queen beds. He then proceeds to tell me that this is the only room he has and that's what we get when we book online. This has never happened to me in the past 20 years of booking online. If there are 5 people, the room with 2 queens will at least have a sofa bed. Now reading the reviews of this hotel it seems like I wasn't the only one facing this exact issue. We were then charged for the roll-away bed. Why is this hotel available on online platforms when this is what the staff has to say to the guests booking online? On top of all this, we were loudly called from behind us multiple times during our stay to tell us how to park in the parking lot (not front facing), to tell us not to use the room towels in the pool and it wasn't polite! It's like he was everywhere watching and nitpicking everything. Rooms were small, crowded, not very clean, and not well organized. Breakfast was average with staff roaming around with brooms while guests were eating and behaving like no one existed around them. No hellos no good mornings nothing! We felt a massive difference as we had just cehcked out from a Ramada in Pincher Creek which was an absolutely amazing experience. Will never stay at this hotel again!Show More

Cleaned as best as I could (we had no other choice but to stay there!) we walked into to a very strange room! There were three separate rooms but only one thermostat in one of the rooms that was suppose to be for all three rooms, so there was no way to control the temperature which made two of the rooms very hot and one room freezing!! There was no where to sit except for the beds. Bathroom had a an even worse smell. The smell of urine was very strong! It was not clean at all. There was a tv in each room but only one tv in one of the bedrooms worked others did not! My grandchildren went to the pool and were not there long because they said it was too scary! They felt very unsafe in there! What does that tell you!! As for sleeping the beds were ok no problems there but the noise was awful!!! I don’t think there is any insulation at all & it was crazy noisy all night!! People yelling in the rooms above, across & next to us, not sure what they were doing above us but it sounded like they were jumping on a trampoline!! Kids slept but I did not sleep at all! And breakfast, all I can say is disgusting!! My grandson said the eggs tasted like salmon,the sausages were burnt,the kids were hoping for pancakes or waffles,there was none & one choice of cereall! Do not stay here! Totally disappointed & disgusting! I’ve never written a bad review before but had to do this one!! Disappointed by Ramada!Show More

There were cobwebs next to the coffee maker and microwave, a layer of dust on the non-working alarm clocks, stains on the curtains, hair and stains all over the bathtub walls, a layer of dust on the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel containers, stains and a hole in the shower curtain. The room was dark and felt like a prison...blank rooms with beds, side tables, and TVs with the cable box dangling haphazardly on top. The staff were nice and lobby area was fine. We cut our losses and stayed only one night even though we paid for two. Show More
