But this one has really put us off the brand which is a shame as all the others have been excellent! Hotel is looking very tatty needs a refresher carpets dirty and fraying bedrooms very small compared to the others we stayed in only room for one case. The cupboard space you would expect to put clothes in actually contains fridge and microwave which is useless!! Breakfast extremely poor. Extremely limited choice compared to the other Expresses we stayed in on top of that some things not working eg pancake machine juice etc. The guy working the breakfast area wasn’t filling up things as they emptied which made the lack of choice even worse! He just didn’t seem to care even when asked if he could replenish items.Show More

The whole place was welcoming and perfect for activities in Banff/Glaciers. It is less expensive than the popular areas, butstill very convenient to access them in 45min-1h drive. The location is good, close to amenities, restaurants and groceries. The views from the room were beautiful! Right over the mountains. There is a gym and pool area, which we didn't use at all, but looked very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed were very confortable, and the AC/heating system was easy to use. I appreciated the toileteries, mini refrigerator, coffee machine and hairdryer. There was a safe in the closet which was very convenient. We had two queen beds and the room was very spacious.Show More
