We are Best Western Platinum members and I've not seen such a dingy Hotel as this one. The carpeting in the hallways looks like it has not been steam cleaned for quite some time. The bathroom was not ...We are Best Western Platinum members and I've not seen such a dingy Hotel as this one. The carpeting in the hallways looks like it has not been steam cleaned for quite some time. The bathroom was not cleaned properly as the ceramic tile grout was stained and smelled of urine. There was a large amount of dust on the bathroom vanity lower Shelf. The toilet broke the following morning and I had to use buckets of water to fill the tank in order to flush it. I of course reported it to the front counter. Breakfast was standard boring omelets with dried up sausages. A homeless person was outside the rear of the hotel and yelled all night keeping us up. All of these problems were told to the staff but they tell you they're sorry and there's nothing they can do. I would not recommend staying here until the hotel has a deep cleaning or fresh paint and renovations.Show More

Hard to turn left when leaving the parking lot. Continued to turn right and then turned left into a plaza down the road and then able to move with the traffic. View overlooking the parking lot. Air conditioner was really old and broken. Which the hotel staff should have been aware of. When in the room it was not plugged in. There was a newer working model in the bedroom. If one used the air conditioner in the bedroom to cool the entire suite/bedroom is freezing.Rattling noise in the bathroom. Older sofa with sagging springs, older chair that was dirty and stained......They moved us to a queen room with two queen beds a safe and a fridge but no micro.Show More

Staff are competent for routine operations - don't expect small talk. That's about it. The neighbourhood around the hotel is a bit rough and displaying the RCMP card from the dash that says "All Valuables Have Been Removed From this Car" is probably a good idea. When you arrive by car, pay attention to the difficult-to-spot hotel driveway off Lewiston! The hotel sign is grown over and if you miss it, you turn onto the onramp to the highway!Show More
