Our taxi dropped us off at the main entrance. We went in and were confronted by two staircases to ascend to the lobby for check in. We went in and were confronted by two staircases to ascend to the lobby for check in. I have trouble with stairs and add that to a suitcase to haul up, it was a difficult task to accomplish. The front desk Informed us that an accessible entrance was available. You have to walk around the hotel through a parking lot that gives you a door into the basement! Our room was clean but had no view. Welcome to Moncton! They have a restaurant attached to the hotel so if your arrive late and hungry, you do not have to seek where to dine.Show More
