But ultimately it’s in the details - no decaf coffee anywhere on property including the free coffee in the lobby as well as the Starbucks kiosk, when my wife went to get a regular cup the following morning there were no more 1/2 and 1/2 creamers - not just by the coffee but anywhere (front desk went looking and there were still none out the following morning). Lastly, Sunday morning showers were a bit brisk as the hot water failed to appear. All in all as a Marriott Gold Member I was a bit disappointed.Show More

We did not get it. They told us that you only get that every other day. Well, the towels were not great and we like fresh towels. They were not reusable in my opinion. After I requested them, we were able to go the front desk and get them though. The tables in the lobby/restaurant were dirty. It doesn't sound like much, I guess. But, there were no customers there . the employees could see that, but they did not do anything about it. It would only take a minute to go over and wipe them off. That matters to me. The room was quiet and a good value.Show More
