I arrived early due to flight cancellation and rescheduling the first day of FAA reduced schedule. I was exhausted and asked if there was any way to be checked in early. I was exhausted and asked if there was any way to be checked in early. Okeyma immediately looked through the system and found a room available. It was a double Queen instead of a King and she asked if that was okay. I was struck not only by her accommodating manner but her care and concern for my well-being. I, of course, didn’t mind that it was not a King. All I wanted was a bed! It was a lovely room for my conference. Thank you so much, Okeyma!Show More

It started with check-in, then on to ‘Stories on High’ with a wonderful panoramic view of the city, and perfectly balanced cocktails - specifically the Old Fashioned. From Stories on High down to the outstanding restaurant - FYR. The food was presented in a picturesque manner, delicious to the pallet, and accompanied by flavorful wines. Then onto our hotel room - comfortable, spacious, with exquisite views of downtown Columbus. All in all the stay was memorable and we look forward to returning soon.Show More
