It is a typical Courtyard/Marriott property. I liked the location because it’s in the outskirts of downtown which makes it less busy than other properties around it. Clean and modern, it has all you need, including a good restaurant with a decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are just the right size with expected amenities. I was lucky to get a room overlooking the river and the view was just spectacular. Bed and pillows were great. Bathroom was kind of small, with the door closing against the sink (?) Two issues: temperature was difficult to maintain. After fiddling with the thermostat, I decided to just turn it off. Also, as a gold member I am used to have free water bottle (like $2 each, maybe?) Not here: you are charged $5 per bottle. Not cool. Overall, I would return.Show More

When there was a line they help people who cut and not in order. Why do we line up for help and to check in? One of the elevators was out of order and the working one was filthy. There was quite a few loose hairs in my bathroom and all the toiletries in the shower were really low so hard to pump product out. The entrance is next to a busy parking lot so you have to dodge cars to walk in. The surrounding area has a lot of homeless people and construction everywhere so it isn't nice outside. Overall, I would not recommend or stay here again. The only redeeming quality is its distance to the convention center.Show More
