Great location, and direct access to the downtown pedway!
Enjoyable pool and hot tub on the top floor with a great view.
We had a comfy chaise lounge in our room next to the latge window.

9/10 Hockey hotel
Great location, especially if you're watching an Oilers game. Walkways/Skyways get you to the arena without ever having to go outside, so there's no need to bring winter gear to the game!
Super comfy bed, labeled pillows 1 firm and 1 soft so great option depending on your need.
Chop restaraunt is right there and sonic Joey Bell Tower across the street .
Nice pool and hot tub on the 26th floor.

6/10 Great staff at this hotel. It made up for the terrible nights sleep we got by the elevator.
It was a great location and close to Roger’s Arena, which we booked because of having Oilers tickets. The staff were great and held our luggage and got us underground parking prior to the game as our room wasn’t ready yet.

-The hotel staff were good.
-Signage for parking and elevators could have been more visible.
-Freezer was iced over and I had to through out food because of this. Front desk was busy when I came down to mention this to them.
-When we went to bed after the hockey game, one bed was made with stained sheets.
- I had ask for a cott which was in the room. However, there was no room to place the cott.
Mildly disappointed withy stay.

8/10 We will continue to use this hotel
We like going every year for a mini vacation during teacher convention. Close to everything and can get around mostly without stepping foot outside. The chop is our favorite downtown restaurant. (Prime rib is the best)

Staff were lovely and welcoming, location is excellent if you are in town for a show at Rogers place. Beds and pillows were super comfy. And the fitness/pool area were wonderful.

We went to a concert at rogers place and the pedways connecting the hotel to rogers place were awesome! It saved us having to walk out in the winter with our kids and it saved money on parking. The pool is STUNNING.

Although this facility offers the ability to stay in doors during winter, and I know u cannot control the homeless situation, it is very scary to be alone after the game, my card to gain entrance was demagnetized and I was left by myself with no security around and some questionable people around,

We had trouble with our key assess into the elevator immediately then again to get into our room the next day during a busy check in time before an Olier game. Then when we couldn't get into the parkade and had to wait to be let in.

The staff were very helpful and the elevators were fast! Close walk to multiple restaurants and you could walk to the Roger’s centre without having to go outside.
