We were charged $350 for a smoking charge when neither my sister nor I smoke. They are also telling us it happened at 3:45am but at that time we were already in the lobby waiting on the shuttle. We directly handed the keys to the receptionist but they said we checked out much later. We called when we saw the pending charge and they never called us back. We called back the next day and they said charge posted and there is nothing they can do. There is some sort of scam going on there since I have now been reading reviews on both trip advisor and google and we are not the first ones that have gotten the smoking charge, I hope that someone in a higher position reads this and looks into. Also, they deny having cameras on the property to verify our claim. Odd, since cameras are everywhere in today's society.show more

The front desk staff (Dan, Dave, Dale? I know it started with a D) was so kind. Asked how my trip was, how the concert was, we talked about the weather, super nice gentleman. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioner worked PERFECTLY! I loved the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/and lotion, I love that they were in large bottles instead of the small throw away ones, they smelled good, and my hair feels amazing. The front desk employee Susan was very kind during check out. I also ran in to a housekeeping lady who was very kind. Great place, super close to the airport if that’s what you’re needing, even with how close it was to the airport there was little traffic noise which was nice.show more

Jocelyn and Noel in “The Post” restaurant made my day. I can’t say enough positive things about Jocelyn. She was so sweet and attentive. I couldn’t believe she was new to the job. I can’t wait to comeback next year and hopefully I can enjoy my breakfast with those two. The ladies from the Swissport aviation job fair were incredible as well. The young lady that ran the bar area here was so helpful and welcoming. The gentleman behind the front desk helped me with my key issue. I can’t stress how refreshing it is to receive quality customer service. Last but not least, housekeeping was top notch. Just a lovely experience.show more
