Beds were comfortable. I found the room itself very relaxing.They offer a very convenient room service. Good food. You just need to scan the qr code on the desk.

The view was awesome, the room was comfortable, cozy and was a great fit for our family ! (Children aged 6 years - 1 month old ) Staff was amazing, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very nice

I wasn't given anything to like or enjoy, or even given a chance to see the inside of the hotel. The woman at the front desk had the main sliding doors locked. And well only opened them enough to stick her fat head through to give me her ignorant attitude, also while leaving me out in the cold rain.

10/10 Vacation at Sault Ste Marie, ON
We had a room with a view of the river and the Locks, The hotel location was perfect for walking along the river front and getting to the local sights. Great to see the large and small ships entering and leaving the locks. Restaurants at the hotel were very good especially the outdoor restaurant. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were great and the hotel manager went out of her way to assist me to get something printed that I needed. Also really loved the in hotel Starbucks.

7/10 We had a wonderful trip, the cost just didn't live up to the quality of the room itself.
The front desk staff was excellent. Their customer service was A++++ They we helpful and warm. The bartender was really great too. The 8th floor room cleaners were amazing too.

The location is prime with easy access to attractions and the US. The rooms are exceptional and the beds are comfy! The staff are attentive and personable! Highly recommend.

10/10 Home away from home with an added boardwalk and water view.
All staff is super friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. We traveled across the country and this was the one hotel we stayed at both ways everyone was great especially with our two dogs. Thank you so much!

Great location right on the water, Starbucks on the main level is a huge bonus! Room was spacious and clean. They also have clean water machines in the hallway so we were able to refill our water bottle. Bed was big and comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel welcome. It appears that this atmosphere rubbed off on all those who were staying there too! Everyone I met or talked with were friendly and happy.

I love the location, parking and staff. One of the managers helped me with a booking issue (that was my error) and she was friendly and very helpful.

We did not have the breakfast in the restaurant but grabbed a sandwich from Starbucks. I would have liked to stay longer to explor the waterfront but we needed to get going.

The place were this hotel is located is very strategic. It is near the waterfront and shops and stores are walking distance. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel.
