Staff was helpful and lovely even though booking.com reservation was unavailable upon first check in.
Room was nothing to write home about considering the price. The indoor hot tub was out of service as was the sauna. Disappointed in the “amenities” advertised but were not available upon our stay and were not notified of this during the reservation time.
Lack of towels at the pool and generally just a “meh” stay considering the cost.

I like that the pool is a whole experience. They offer rooms to fit big families. Very convenient amenities. We are smokers, and I've never seen such a convenient smoking section at a hotel.

Very clean, friendly and patient staff, excellent restaurant on premises. Accommodating for nut allergies despite numerous menu items with allergens. Amenities on site are excellent, very close to many other restaurants and quick shopping stops like WalMart. Plenty of designated outdoor smoke spots all around the perimeter.

10/10 Exceptional, clean, convenient and it made my stay enjoyable and easy.
I had 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts and they were excellent. Also the waitstaff is friendly, efficient and excel at customer service.
The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.
Having the Casey's on site was great especially after travelling.
The rooms are very clean and housekeeping are hard working and obviously great at what they do.
Highly recommend and I will only stay here when I'm in the Soo.

Governor generals suite was very outdated. Many defects around the room. Lightbulbs out, issue with shower (could not get cold water to work), dusty broken blinds on windows. For over $500 for one night this room was a disappointment!
