I booked the River City King Suite for my partner’s birthday, and she was consistently responsive and helpful with all of my enquiries leading up to our check-in on the 8th. Upon our arrival at 2:30pm, our room was already prepared, which was greatly appreciated. As we walked into the room, the automatic ensuite curtain opened on its own, a small detail, but a very impressive first impression. The mini birthday cake was also a thoughtful gesture that my partner genuinely enjoyed. The room was immaculately presented, thank you to the housekeeping team. I would also like to acknowledge the concierge team, particularly Tom and Christopher, for their professionalism during the busy check-in and check-out periods. Tom also took the time to speak with us personally, which we sincerely appreciated. Breakfast at the rooftop was delicious, although the team appeared a little down that morning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will certainly be returning.Show More

We had a gorgeous room overlooking the south bank. The rooms are large, modern and have everything you need, including a little bar area in ours. The staff were super professional and helpful and we loved it. The roof top bar is amazing with excellent views, cocktails and food. My only complaint is that we purchased a bottle of wine In the hotel wine bar and within 5 minutes the manager closed the bar (at 6:30pm ) as he needed the member of staff to help on the rooftop bar at a private function. We were told we could drink our wine on the lobby. So that was disappointing. Other than that it was our favourite hotel during our trip down the Australian east cost.Show More

Amazing rooms for a decent price. The gym is pretty good with free weights up to 20kg, cable machines, a rower, two treadmills, water, towels, and a great view. The pool is perfection. It is a 21st floor infinity pool with table service. The sauna is great and not very frequented. A rooftop terrace with illuminated floor and bar has the perfect night views of the city. My room was very tidy with bathrobes waiting in the illuminated dressing area, perfect for an after sauna shower. The only sound after turning off the lights was the buzz in my head from the day. Highly recommend. Bring someone you love, or just really like, when you come.Show More
