This resort is quite an unexpected treat. Located at the bottom of the village. You have easy access to all the amenities at the village has to offer. Parking included, which is a huge advantage. Parking included, which is a huge advantage. And because you’re off the beaten path, it’s a little bit quieter. The complementary breakfast is a bit weak, but that being said for the price that we paid I’m OK with it. The rooms were excellent, clean, spacious, a large, especially for the price that we paid. The staff was friendly, courteous, and was able to address complex problems in a very professional manner. M the biggest issue I have and the main reason why I’m not gonna give five stars is because there is a staff shortage at this property. Having 20 guests trying to check in and only having one person minding the desk at a period of time where the entire province is on vacation and at the height of the holiday season was quite surprising. What I did appreciate was that staff member took their time to properly explain everything and make sure that every single gas was treated respectfully and properly and not rushed. Well, sometimes we want things to go fast, we also wanna make sure things are done properly and that’s the one thing I can definitely say is that things were done properly. I hope they can fix their staff shortage quickly because this is a great place to stay and a great value.Show More

Exterior of property is getting to the point where it may need a good cleaning and some repair as it looks like the weather has taken a toll on it. Check-in was good and staff member checking us in was very quick, polite and friendly. We hoped she was from out of country as she asked us when we were giving our address if British Columbia is in Canada. I almost replied, “Yes, we are the ones that give Quebec millions of dollars of transfer payments each year. Was in good location for getting in and out of. Parking was good in underground with big spots and easy access to come and go. Show More

The free breakfast is very basic (bread, jam, cream cheese, juice, ham, fruit salad, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, apples and some muffins and croissants) and was the same for both days we were there. The breakfast area has very limited seating capacity and fills up very quickly. The staff at the reception desk is very helpfull and cheerful, however the breakfast room staff looked overwhelmed and could afford to smile a little :)Show More
