Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised tha...Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. I could not believe that she doesn’t keep records of who paid, and treats customers like that. Also, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, hotels.com has incorrect information because breakfast is not provided. Rooms are old, outdated, but it’s a good location. I would advise to find a hotel in similar location, just not this one. Show More
