The hotel and staff were very nice. We only really had 1 issue, but it was fairly off-putting. Our A/c in our room wasn't working and our room was 78 degrees, so a maintenance guy came up immediately ...The hotel and staff were very nice. We only really had 1 issue, but it was fairly off-putting. Our A/c in our room wasn't working and our room was 78 degrees, so a maintenance guy came up immediately and determined that a full replacement of the unit was needed. Fortunately, the hotel must stock some units, because he was able to grab one and install it in about 1.5 hours. While this in itself is a little unfortunate, because it is just a little awkward while you sit there watching TV and the maintenance guy is working away for that long. But it's still understandable and what other options do they really have but to fix it ASAP. After he replaced the unit, the A/c worked like a charm until about 1am, when we woke up and it was 80 degrees in our room again. It was too late to get up and try to move to a different room, so we informed the staff the next morning and asked if there was some form of partial refund or compensation they could offer. Their response was less that stellar. They essentially said if we had notified them at 1am, they could have moved us to a different room, but because we didn't let them know at that time, there was nothing they could do or offer. Again, hotel itself was fairly nice and most of the staff were friendly. You likely won't have a room with a faulty A/c, so probably worth still staying. But, know that if something does go wrong with your stay, their policies don't always put the customer experience first.Show More

OSCAR…the y...We stayed here the night before we boarded the “Rocky Mountaineer” train. It was my granny and I, and WOW! THE PEOPLE WERE INCREDIBLE. So much so, I had to come on here and write a review. OSCAR…the young man that works at the front desk? Give him all the raises. This guy single handedly made this stay the BEST hotel we experienced on our entire trip. My granny is a talker, and he engaged every conversation with happiness and professionalism. Also, the waitress in the hotels restaurant the evening of the 12th….I hate that I forgot her name. She also was incredible. VERY attentive, and she has such a beautiful personality. She was a brunette. You know who you are. You were very sweet to my granny, and I love you for that. The rooms were very comfortable, but let’s talk about this VIEW. We lucked upon a corner room, and WOW! I’m coming back here with my husband! This was my first time in Denver, and having such an up close view of downtown was dreamy. I think I’ll always stay here when I visit this area. Thanks for the memories! I’ll be back for sure!Show More

The hotel was in a great location for us because we were there for the Broncos game and it was close to the light rail train station.
