The hotel is excellent in every respect and is in a superb location, close to Santa Justa train station and all of the main sights. The rooftop bar is excellent, with wondeful views over Seville, and Vanesa mixes a mean Margarita-muchas gracias Vanesa! Breakfast is a feast in itself with a remarkable choice food and accompaniments. Special thanks to Alvaro who was exceptionally helpful on both occasions, especially with regard to onward journeys from Seville. Muchas gracias Alvaro! I would highly recommend staying here.Show More

Communication isn’t great: we were not told about the buffet or pool arrangements. And there was an odd email exchange about advance payment, which didn’t work, but then didn’t seem to matter at all on arrival! The rooms are slightly dated. Who has a bath or a massively overpriced hotel landline these days? But overall a good stay.Show More
