From the very beginning, the offer seemed far-fetched – the rooms were supposed to be renovated, but there was no sign of any reno...My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, the offer seemed far-fetched – the rooms were supposed to be renovated, but there was no sign of any renovations. After reporting the problem, I was given a new room, but the new one had an even more serious problem – water was leaking from the ceiling. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff completely dismissed the matter. I was only told that "it would be fixed by tonight." They did clean it up, but the same thing happened the next day, so the problem wasn't really resolved. Furthermore, I encountered an absurd situation – when I showed up at the front desk shirtless (just returning from the pool with a friend), the staff threatened to call the police. Later, when I asked for the hotel rules, they completely ignored the message and pretended not to know what was going on. This hotel absolutely does not deserve a positive review – problems are swept under the rug, the staff disrespects guests, and complaints are ignored. I strongly advise against staying here.Show More
