This is our go to hotel for Prince George. We have been going here for the last 5-6 years 1-2 times a year and have stayed at this hotel. It is amazing. Clean and friendly. Unfortunately I needed to t...This is our go to hotel for Prince George. We have been going here for the last 5-6 years 1-2 times a year and have stayed at this hotel. It is amazing. Clean and friendly. Unfortunately I needed to take a star away as this last time we stayed Nov. 2025 they just were not the same. The staff was super friendly and nice but…… the hygiene of some was not that welcoming. When you would ride the elevator especially in the morning hours it was filled with the aroma of BO. It was so bad at times that the smell would linger in the halls and elevator long after they left. They would often help us in the past when we would ask if we could have a dry breakfast set up early in the morning as we would have an early morning sporting event game on one of the days we were there and they would be happy to accommodate our request but not this time at all. This is not so bad but for the breakfast the only offer waffles every day of the weekend instead of rotating between the waffles and french toast like they do on the weekdays. We asked they said no they would not bring out any of the French toast on the weekends. Also the scrambled eggs are floating in water Over all we do love this hotel but it seems to be a bit on the down cline.Show More

There’s a real sense of care and connection here that you just don’t find everywhere. The rooms are spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with great attention to detail. Breakfast is always fresh and well organized, and the whole property has a calm, welcoming vibe that makes business or leisure travel feel effortless. I also really appreciate the hotel’s commitment to sustainability — refillable toiletries, efficient energy use, and visible recycling options show they’re making responsible choices without compromising comfort. Every stay reminds me why Hyatt PG is my go-to in the area. Truly a home away from home — can’t wait to come back!Show More
