The pool is okay but the rooftop view is amazing. The hotel is across the street from a DIA store (grocery) and a metro station and steps away from Gran Via. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from this hotel. We never ate at the property there were just so many options around so we ate out for every meal. The staff weren't super warm so we limited our interactions with them. Show More

The room was quite dated, and the shower was old and in need of renovation. Noise was also a major issue — I could hear my neighbors talking late into the night, which made it hard to get any rest. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby.
