Like is this normal y'all charge people double like this is what frustrated me the most I literally can't feed my two girls this week because y'all wanted to rob me of my money for what now I had to file a claim with my bank and I still can't get my god dam money like y'all realize were normal people and going to your place was a sour experience for me and my family please note that if this isn't resolved and my money isn't returned I will make sure I dedicate all my time to tarnishing the name of this hotel to all the people who try to go here I will not stop until the money y'all took from me will be 100 times taken from y'all I will make sure of it I have a heavy influence on the Austin area and rest assured I will make this happen if my funds aren't returned you theifs!Show More

When I tried to resolve the confusion calmly, staff called the police and locked me out of my room with my belongings inside. I ended up sleeping in my car and paying for two nights that I couldn’t use. I work hard, travel often, and have never experienced anything like this. The management showed zero empathy or logic; they kept the deposit and ignored my proof of payment. This place needs to review its policies and train staff in basic human decency.Show More
