As a diamond member, this has to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I have stayed. The furniture was stained and there was hair on the bed that wasn’t ours. I’m not one that complains so I didn’t n...As a diamond member, this has to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I have stayed. The furniture was stained and there was hair on the bed that wasn’t ours. I’m not one that complains so I didn’t notify the staff, but this is something that should’ve been checked before I checked into the room. The carpets and furniture were disgusting. I wore a hoodie to bed and was afraid to shower and actually went to the gym which I’m a member to shower. Breakfast the first day was very good. The second day they ran out of bacon and were so overwhelmed because the management didn’t anticipate a tournament being in town. I would not recommend this hotel it is not clean. I can deal with the breakfast issue but cleanliness is very important. Do not stay if you value a clean hotel.Show More

I have stayed at other Embassy suites before and I just love their layout, the free breakfast… that they have everything from a gym, a pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. we had a great two nights here. My issues were minor , one was the gym treadmills are badly in need of repair. There are a lot of cracks and tears on the fabric… my other problem was there was a sound in the room like water coming through pipes or something, and it would not go away, and I’d have to put a pillow over my head to muffle the sound which was a little annoying… Otherwise, a great day thank youShow More
