I am a frequent person that visits Legacy Suites many times throughout the year and each time it has gotten worse we were there celebrating a family birthday. We were in a total of three rooms with on...I am a frequent person that visits Legacy Suites many times throughout the year and each time it has gotten worse we were there celebrating a family birthday. We were in a total of three rooms with one vehicle. It was so sad that when we went to go park our vehicle we had no parking and we were told that a church group was there and that there was nothing they could do about parking if we wanted to park on the other side of the resort or find parking somewhere else that would be fine with them. So they were putting the needs of the other gas before me. I was not happy with us I asked to speak to a manager and a manager has never reached out. They did not call. They did not check on us to make sure that everything was OK. I ideally feel that I should be comped at least one night for the inconvenience that I had to park my car on the other side of the resort. In addition to that, the people that were there were all very ignorant and just playing up not family people. The pool look like it hadn’t been filtered in a while and it just didn’t have the same old Legacy fail that it wants dead again. I should be comped for one night of staying there at least The first room they put us in was in one section of the resort that had look like a lot of sketchy people and booked unsafe when we went into the room it smelt disgusting like mold so we had them change our rooms over to the other side. This is not The legacy I remember please pass this on to management and have them call me.Show More

We were across the street morning the main complex not sure if there is a difference. Our room was very outdated, not clean, and paint upgrade was done very sloppy. Floors were disgustingly dirty - kids feet were black - we had to put towels down. Asked for extra towels never got them. The people below us had several dogs that barked all night. We asked security and used the app several times and nothing was done we got no sleep. Rooms need to be majorly updated - tiles are all cracked, bathtubs look like they are going to fall through the floor, beds uncomfortable, towels and sheets have a grey tint, musty smell in the room. I really wanted to like this due to the set up and location - maybe there are other newer rooms but we were very disappointed. Staff were very friendly but kept telling me to talk to others and the problems never got fixed- app showed problem resolved within 10min and there was no resolution.Show More

It was disgusting. There were dead bugs in EVERY single room and LIVE ROACHES crawling all over the counter in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floors and it smelled terrible! I went back to the check in and informed them. They gave me a room that was on the second floor which I could not use due to needing a wheelchair accessible room. I did go t on the room to see if I would somehow make it work and that room was not much better than the first one. My family and I had to leave and spend more money for a place that would be able to accommodate wheelchair for my special needs child. The pictures on line were NOTHING like the actual unit. I have been awaiting an answer for a refund and that has turned out to be quite the hassle as well. We will never be booking at this resort again. Show More

it had a nice pool and hot tub. I did not like that every time u had an issue u had to waith like 30 minutes for engineering to show up. I was barbecuing and the grilll ran out of gas-waited 30 minute...it had a nice pool and hot tub. There were other issues like no one from engineering is there after hours. if u have an issue u have to wait till 8am next morning for engineering. Another thing u are there for several days and no washer and dryer on site-had to drive about 25 minutes away to another resort to have clothes washed. There is not a single utensil in room. At the grill no table to set things on. AC did not work on last night there. Show More
