Arrival & Property: Upon arrival, the property appeared neglected, with a poorly maintained driveway and parking lot. The Ramada signage was a temporary tarp, and the lobby was clean but uninviting. The staff were courteous and helpful, which was a positive aspect. Rooms: The room was relatively clean but outdated and in need of renovation. Issues included a malfunctioning coffee maker, visible mold, and mildew in the bathroom. The flooring did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, feeling gritty and dirty requiring us to wear socks throughout our stay. Dining: There was no dinner service available. The complimentary breakfast consisted of limited options such as sauteed hot dogs, pancakes, cantaloupe, and cold cereal. The selection was the same and remained unchanged throughout our stay. Water Park & Pool: The “Water Park” was largely non-operational, with only the lazy river open. The water slide was closed and appeared unsafe due to visible mold, rust, and structural concerns. Cabanas available to rent were dirty and torn in places. The pool was open but required significant maintenance, and accessibility equipment was in poor condition (cracked, broken in places with heavy duty tape to hold it together. Marketing & Brand Representation: Online photos were outdated and did not reflect the current state of the property. Since Ramada’s acquisition, minimal improvements have been made. The experience did not meet expectations for a Ramada by Wyndham property. Conclusion: Based on this experience, we do not plan to return to this property or other Ramada locations.Show More
