The propeety has easy parking, some staff was friendly while others were very sarcastic also when hospitality desk called to invite us to a so call tour of the hotel it being our first time there the...The propeety has easy parking, some staff was friendly while others were very sarcastic also when hospitality desk called to invite us to a so call tour of the hotel it being our first time there they also wanted us to thw opportunity to become owners mind tou all this supposedly they only wanted 90mins of our time but they took almost 6hrs of our time and wasted a half day of my vacation , our representative Camilla was so aggressively with us threatening us that if we didnt purchase as oqbers we would never be able to stay at Westgate evwr again later we come to find out its a script thwy use to put the guests underpressure so they can purchase and xome back as owners which i found that so unprofessional of her on rop of all that when i originally booked my reservation pnline i was ask to select a room which i did and qelhem check-in time came along n we git our room it was completely different then what i ead expecting basr on what i had selected, my room experience wad horrible for three adults no space to eslk or put our clothes swsy no privacy whats so ever it eas a nightmare to where we didnt and just didnt hv the attitude to experience the resort at all but frive out of resort to grab food n come back to sleep.Show More

I am not a fan of this property at all. When you check in they give you no information on what all is included in your stay/fees that you've paid. They give you a little card that shows whats suppos...I am not a fan of this property at all. They give you a little card that shows whats supposedly included but then when you try to do those activities you find out it costs extra. Theres a "Waterpark" (consists of 2 big slides, a pool, and a kiddie park area) onsite but that is of.course extra too!! They have bars at the park but the food and drink are overpriced. Then 1 night i went to try 1 of 2 restaurants onsite and it was closed but yet again no where do you know this information. They have poolsode bars but they arent open except weekends. There was just so much that you dont know about this resort about what all is and isnt included until you book and show up. Then thats when you find out but not by the concierge giving you this info upon arrival only in trying to do the different things. Very disappointed in what I got for the money I paid. I searched their website to see what all the amenities are but it doesnt tell you what you actually get vs what you pay extra for!!!Wont be going back!!Show More

Only to have poor house keeping and even poor renovations and couldn’t use hot tub in my villa due to hugh chunks ceiling letting go into the tub. Spoke with Maintance and never came nor one call from anybody from resort. Extremely disappointed. Took my 6 year old and my teen niece who lives with us. They weren’t happy with any of it Show More

We were located very far from the pools, waterpark and the very limited food options. Our room was very small and there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. We had to call on day 3 to request fresh towels as we were advised that cleaning services are only available to patrons staying over 14 days. The waterpark was open limited hours for non-owners (11-6) which means you have to plan for an entire day at the resort and skip out on Disney parks or other entertainment off the resort. Show More
