Customer service at check in was horrible. The woman was rude. We were in a room that appeared to be in the middle of renovations. We were in a room that appeared to be in the middle of renovations. Foam insulation around the ac that was just set into place… also around the light by the door. The light in the bathroom didn’t work and the vent was bent almost in half - damn near broken in half. No amenities (shampoo, etc) and it was me and my wife there but only towels for 1 person and those had to be reused even the next day! When we asked for more towels for the next day, we stayed 2 nights and were there due to a wedding so getting ready was not easy with not much lighting to take a shower, etc. there was a strong smell of pot everywhere, no problem, but a lot of people coming and going in the 2 rooms by us. A ton of homeless congregate there, I worried about our belongings and vehicle. I will never be able to stay there again! On the plus side…. Believe it or not… NO BED BUGSShow More
