Savanah, the receptionist, was very professional and supportive. We had booked the room in advance, and check-in was at 3 pm. We had booked the room in advance, and check-in was at 3 pm. We just drove 9 hours to come visit my daughter at the University of Oregon. We picked her up after her last class and took her to dinner and after that she was going to stay with us at the hotel. So, at this time, it's like 5 pm, so we're going to get to the hotel. Check in and relax for the rest of the night. So we get to the hotel and try to check in, and they're telling us that it's going to be a 30-minute to an hour. Wait for our room because it wasn't ready yet!! We booked it two days ago, I said, and their response was that they were understaffed. So we had to wait over an hour to get our room, so we didn't get to enter our room until after 7 pm, closer to 8!! I had both of my daughters with me, and we had to wait in the car in the freezing weather for our room!!! We get into our room, and one of my daughters wanted to take a hot shower and guess what no bath towels at all and then to top it off the cable didn't work it was asking for so many logins don't know why!! Not a pleasant experience at all. We stay a lot at hotels because my daughter plays a lot in travel ball so we are very accustomed to hotels and this was one of the worst!!Show More

The only good thing was the lady checking me in. My first room was not done, the second room I got the bathroom the cleaning was not done (spill on the floor (smelled)/mirror had finger prints & splash marks), no towels (had to go back down to the office/ next shift person was not friendly) but I was too tired to move again with all my luggage from working & traveling all day. Then the guests next door kept fighting and slamming the door until 12:57am.Show More
