My husband and I absolutely LOVED this hotel and the club lounge! We had a room with a view on the 23rd floor - the entire wall was window, and it felt like we were sleeping suspended in the air among...My husband and I absolutely LOVED this hotel and the club lounge! We had a room with a view on the 23rd floor - the entire wall was window, and it felt like we were sleeping suspended in the air among the beautiful, twinkling skyscrapers … which we were! We got up at 7 am and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the exclusive outdoor infinity pool on the 22nd floor. We had the huge pool to ourselves! We warmed up in the hot tub, which was actually more like a warm pool, which we liked. The breakfast in the exclusive club lounge (also on the 22nd floor) was quiet, and the food was excellent! So many choices of food and beverages - soft boiled eggs - wow! So fresh with rich, orange yolks - delicious! Mike loved his made-to-order omelette, and we both enjoyed the dark brown sourdough bread, toasted and paired with Camembert cheese and the berry and apricot jellies that were both tangy and sweet - almost more of a sauce than a jelly. Again - absolutely delicious! The pot of Earl Gray was better than the average tea bag! We had a choice of inside or outside dining - both beside a calming water pool with a view to the city. I must not neglect to mention the staff. Sweet, personable, and incredibly helpful and thoughtful. I dripped a bit of the red berry jelly in my blouse, and was attempting to dab it out with water and a napkin. Iryati noticed and appeared with a can of soda water and a microfiber cloth. I learned something new - to use soda water on spills! It did not come out with my method, but it came out easily with hers! What a wonderful hotel and staff! This was my first time to Singapore and my husband and I went solely to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and to take in a few of the sights if we had the time. Sadly as we only spent 4 nights at the Oa...This was my first time to Singapore and my husband and I went solely to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and to take in a few of the sights if we had the time. Sadly as we only spent 4 nights at the Oasia Hotel Novena and 3 days were spent at the Marina Bay Circuit for the racing we didn’t get to see much of the sights but fortunately the racing was at night so we could really unwind and relax in the mornings and early afternoons in this lovely hotel. We stayed on the 23rd floor which had an incredible view and as we had upgraded our room to a higher floor, we were treated to complimentary breakfast every morning and cocktails and nibbles in the evening in a lovely space on the 22nd floor called the “Living Room”. It had a rooftop pool, fabulous views and lots of spaces to relax or do business if you happen to be working remotely. The best part of being in this hotel was the incredibly friendly staff and in particular I have to mention a staff member called Iryati who was our hostess working on the 22nd floor and provided exceptional service every morning at breakfast and was always smiling and extremely professional and polite! We could not fault her in any way and would happily stay at this hotel due her amazing service she provided to my husband and I. She was also full of advice and tips on how best to navigate around Singapore being a local, so her knowledge was invaluable! Natasha, Karen and the team — Jeffrey and Sauthise — were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the day. Karen, the Catering Manager, listened carefully to our requirements and feedback from the start. She made a genuine effort to understand the nature of our event request and ensured we were allocated a more suitable venue to better accommodate our needs. Her proactive support and flexibility made a significant difference to our planning and execution. Jeffrey demonstrated strong expertise in AV setup and support. Thanks to his experience and proactive approach, our event recording was smooth, well-managed, and executed without any technical issues. Sauthise managed the food service with great timing and consideration. Meals were served quietly and efficiently at the appropriate moments, which helped maintain the flow of the meeting and minimized any disruptions for our attendees. While I did not receive specific comments on the food, it appeared that most participants enjoyed their meals. Overall, the team contributed significantly to the success of our event. I stayed for 5 fays in this hotel. Great location, connected to Novena MRT underpass directly so you do not have to go out when the weather is scorching hot / raining. There is only a sheer curtain ...I stayed for 5 fays in this hotel. Great location, connected to Novena MRT underpass directly so you do not have to go out when the weather is scorching hot / raining. There is only a sheer curtain in the room - i was afraid that the apartment next door will be able to still see us even when it's closed. It also get very bright and you get a glare from the ray reflection. A bit annoying if you want to sleep in - but ok. Cleanliness can be improved. I saw some lipstick mark from the glass in the room, sink is somewhat not thoroughly washed, and some area in the bathroom are dusty (not visible so maybe overlooked). The fridge in the room is not cold, it is supposed to be chilly as per the note say. But mine is room temp - and when i asked front desk they said it's normal and not meant to be cold cold. Until my soymilk turns to tofu and i complained - they checked it and replace it to a chilly fridge. Turns out i just got a faulty one :( - abit disappointing since i store most drinks there. Concierge is super friendly, Anthony and Pim(?), helped me to get a shipment i sent before i reach the hotel and keep it safe for me to collect during checkin. Overall a good stay - just pay attention more on cleanliness, especially in bathroom and please check your fridge - it's not meant to be room temp!Show More
