The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the level of service from the staff. Roberto at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. His professionalism, kindness, warm attitude, and genuine attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. Even going as far as to call up to my room to see if everything was to my liking and satisfaction. It’s rare to see management so hands-on and attentive, and Roberto absolutely set the tone for a great stay. I also want to highlight Ivan, one of the valet drivers. He was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful every single time I needed my car. He made the valet experience seamless, and his upbeat energy always put a smile on my face. Between the spotless rooms, excellent communication, and exceptional staff like Roberto and Ivan, the Omni exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting downtown LA—truly a five-star experience.Show More

Michelle at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable of the surrounding area and the hotel and gave great tips. The room was spacious, comfortable, with a thermostat that allowed me to adjust the temperature to my desired level. The bed was great for a nap and overnight stay. I was only in town for one night and everyone was pleasant. The flowers were beautiful, well kept by the polite and helpful housekeeping staff. AND, there was no overpowering "hotel" scent that frequently dominant the foyers/lobbies of other hotels. Loved the stay.Show More
