We had a junior suite which was lovely. Stayed 4 nights and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Room was very well kitted out with lots of nice touches, like the usual tea/coffee, but free chocolates and water (fresh every day). Food and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. Parking was secure, underground and not expensive. We would love to come back. A few reviews have said it was a bit far from restaurants, but we found local places, for example Restaurante Mara santa justa ave right round the corner, amazing seafood.Show More

The...This is a lovely hotel. The cleaning staff replenished my water bottles every day. The concierge and front desk staff were helpful. And the hotel is an incredibly easy tram ride into the old city. The tram is about a 5-7 minute walk, a straight shot so hard to miss. Then tram takes you directly to the old town in less than 15 mins. Also, I arrived at the bus station from Portugal. That too was easy to navigate. A public bus going to the airport picks up at the station and will drop you across the street from the hotel. I assume the reverse is true if you are coming from the airport. In short, a nice, convenient option. Like most hotels these days, breakfast is extra.Show More
