Highly recommend searching for another food option in the area if time allows. Room was okay. Not horrible but not state of the art. Surely could use some updates. I think we got placed in a handicap accessible room so the toilet was practically on the ground. I thought the shower pressure was great being so strong, wife thought it was too strong. While it was not something to write home about we would stay again. Walk was about 15 minutes to the arena so location was not bad at all. Everything was within a decent walking distance. Show More

The next morning I ordered food to be delivered to my room for breakfast. A simple scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with orange juice. I left a comment to include some strawberry jam for the toast. I was delivered the eggs, bacon and orange juice and 2-3 cups of potato squares. The second morning I woke up and luckily had breakfast provided by the conference I was attending but the cold shower and no hot water on the 4th floor was a special delight. If I ever come back to the city I will not be staying at the hotel.Show More
