Het appartement was erg gezellig en de lobby was een heerlijke plek om even te zitten en te relaxen. Het hotel beidt de mogelijkheid aan om één keer gratis gebruik te maken van de private onsen. De gemeenschappelijke onsen heeft verschillende baden, een sauna en een stoomruimte. Het personeel in het hotel was erg vriendelijk.
