The hotel room was not clean. The table, the bathroom tub corners, the windows were not clean, and really dirty. The bed sheets were also not super clean or fresh. The bed sheets were also not super clean or fresh. The room’s wallpaper was torn off at few places. The hotel didn’t also had good clothing iron. The clothing that was given to me was not working properly. I had to charge the iron again and again after every 30 seconds or it would not iron my dress well. I spent 25 minutes ironing my dress and got late to my tour I had scheduled the morning. The most frustrating part was that the hotel was not clean at all. I asked for early check in and the staff told me to wait an hour saying that the room was not ready and they were cleaning the room. But they put me in the dirty room. I’m allergic to dust & mold. I had to get myself allergy and cough medicine the first & 2nd night I stayed there. I do not recommend people booking this hotel ever. Thank youShow More

The main problem, is the place is heavily outdated and in need of some serious care. Bathroom was extremely small even by japan's standard, everyrhing in the room looked ancient, window frame was crumbling and moldy. This hotel would gain a lot, by doing a round of investment and improving the condition of the building. Don't make this your base, it's okay for short stay, one or two nights at most and you will be happy to move to your next location.Show More

Enough space to walk around. Toilet was small and a challenge to hang towels and clothes. Housekeeping was not daily (which I was ok) and towels were replaced daily. Surroundings got very quiet (hardly traffic) and opposite a Lawson where we went to for daily breakfast. Within walking distance to Sumida river, good view of Tokyo Sky tree. Good aircon and heating, great shower, beds were comfy and clean however pillows could be firmer/fluffier. Great location to train, views, food and staff were amazing. Overall it was perfect for us.
