I wish the windows would open like there stickers said they do (they don’t) Lastly, my partner and I were out late and I had registered our vehicle for valet. As was needed. We received a sticker SPECIFICALLY for valet and our late valet driver lost our ticket. I was frustrated but I figured “Hey, we check out tomorrow and he said I should be good with just my ID” Morning rolls around I go down there and explain then show my ID. Valet man working snaps at me then walks away. I paid no mind to it. Gentleman at the front says they would have our car out soon (they did) it had taken AN HOUR to get our car because THE DRIVER that SNAPPED AT ME decided I didn’t need it and did not even grab the keys. I thank management for the refund I was given and for quickly solving the problem but needing to go up to valet 5 times to ask about my car is unacceptable. That is 40+ A NIGHT. From the moment we got there the lack of communication, unpleasant, dismissive staff and valet till the end. We were turned away from valet parking because the valet person refused to take our vehicle even though there was clearly parking and another similar vehicle as ours forcing us to have to walk with a 6 year old 3 blocks down the road with alll of our luggage. The receptionist was not even at the front desk to attend, and once she got there she was rude and stated I had to wait for her to do her audit in order to check if our room was still available EVEN THOUGH WE CALLED AHEAD OF TIME. The cleanliness of that hotel was extremely questionable especially the elevator that had pee on the floor and stains on the bed sheets and sofa mattress as well. The dishes that were stored away STILL HAD FOOD ON THEM!!! The 4th floor smelt like a dog just recently had used the restroom on the carport and it was just left to linger. Show More

I stayed from Friday to Thursday and had to use their valet service to ensure my rental car was safe being it was in downtown, plus, you would have had to pay outside anyways. The valet service was absolutely amazing, but expensive! For those days of being there, I believe it was somewhere around $230 give or take. My only other real complaint was they say they have a pool. My family and I after driving nearly 27 hours were looking forward to that pool! When my girls went to check it out, it was only 3 1/2 feet deep all the way around and it was small! I'm 6' tall so that's just not going to work for me. We were so disappointed! Other than that, I loved that our room was a suite, that was the main reason I booked with them, because it had the full kitchen and everything so we didn't have to eat out the whole time we were there.Show More

Not even at my house do I use box fans. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Not a single worker around to help with needs or questions. Same food all thru out my stay. Had to go out and buy some breakfast for all of my party of guests. Bathroom door would not lock. One night I was left without towels. Despite having asked for them twice. Had to re use the towrls from previous night. Only good thing from my stay was the Valet staff. They were very attentive and curteous. I would rate the valet 5 stars. But hotel itself a 2 star. Will deffinately NOT BE RETURNING to Sonesta Hotels. Show More
