I was expecting so much more from the website, until i got there and was greeted by a rude young lady at the front desk. There is a $100 incidental charged (per room) in case you decide to steal those...I was expecting so much more from the website, until i got there and was greeted by a rude young lady at the front desk. There is a $100 incidental charged (per room) in case you decide to steal those paper thin curtains. We then proceed to our room and on the way we see holes in the ceiling near the lobby, we see buckets set up to catch water and the place reeked of mold. We get to our rooms and the rooms weren't clean. We found lashes on the side of the nightstand, earrings on the floor, red stains in the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and again, the room reeked of mold. I went to the front desk to speak with management, but of course she wasn't there. I called guest relations and was told the complaint would be escalated. We had to book a room elsewhere due to me being allergic to mold. So i am now out of almost $1k on hotel charges. And they are refusing to refund my money although i did not stay here at this filthy hotel. This case has been escalated 5 times and still have not been refunded. Show More

We drove for 15hours the day of our trip and just wanted to go to bed instead we were welcomed to the smell of mold and mildew. We got to the first room and there were stains everywhere and cockroaches everywhere. And there was mold and what looked like black mold in the room. We went through 3 different room changes and all of them were the same. When we complained the the staff he didn’t seem phased by the fact the rooms where disgusting. He was as extremely helpful and understanding though we got transferred to a new hotel without having to pay for the price difference. But I do not recommend booking with this hotel. Show More

We went to tell the front desk and he moved us to another room where the outlets by the bed did not work in this tub was slightly more clean than the last but still dirty overall. We showered with shoes. There was also scraping above our room at 6 AM to about 8 AM on both nights we stayed. We also noticed dirt buildup by the AC unit and stains on the bed skirts of the beds.Show More
