It is a well staffed hotel who w...We stayed here for 6 nights. We had 2 bedroom accommodation equipped with 2 washrooms, a kitchenette and living room/dining area. It was quite suitable for our needs. It is a well staffed hotel who were always friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included with our booking. The breakfast area was well stocked and had more than ample choices in tea, coffee, yogurt, omelete station, etc. The rooftop pool was closed due to safety reasons because of a recent earthquake concerns. Some parts of the hotel needs a a little touch up of baseboards and paint. In the general hotel location there are a variety of transportation options, food establishments, and shopping venues. The staff are truly seconded to NONE! From being greeted from our taxi with the car door being opened to bags being carried for us! They do have laundry services and complementary detergent at front desk! Airport shuttle wasn’t offered but they helped us arrange taxi! Loaded our bags into the taxi! Have an amazing edges rooftop pool! On the 35th floor! This is a must book so much to see in Bangkok, this was truly a beautiful place to come home each night!Show More
