The evening staff wasn't the friendliest and was a bit abrupt when we were checking in. We stayed for 4 nights on the 2nd day had to tell the front staff that the air conditioner was not working right...The evening staff wasn't the friendliest and was a bit abrupt when we were checking in. We stayed for 4 nights on the 2nd day had to tell the front staff that the air conditioner was not working right and hot air was coming out. The male employee said perhaps they could move us to another one later when we came back from our day excursion so this was what we were expecting to happen. Once upon our arrival, another staff perhaps higher up informed me that the air conditioner has been looked at and it should work however it felt the same like warm and stagnant air was coming out. I didn't bother bringing it to the staff again since it didn't do any good the first time but we will not be staying here again. Our next hotel was the same company Vessel Hotel in Nagoya and their air conditioner was very cold and worked well. The breakfast was good with good selection and complimentary drinks and amenities made up for it. All the dryers in Japan are weak and for a load to dry, you will be spending about 300 - 700 yen just fyi. Our stay was hot and humid in our room. It felt like a sauna and not pleasant Show More
