Manager removed our props from the room she put us in and did not notify us that it had been done, and upon returning we proceeded back to said room unlocked the door to find an elderly couple in the ...Manager removed our props from the room she put us in and did not notify us that it had been done, and upon returning we proceeded back to said room unlocked the door to find an elderly couple in the bed. This couple told us the manager had removed our belongings and brought them to the front office, which we found our things just haphazardly placed on a chair in a corner. As it was late, we went to the new room. We booked here through Expedia. We tried to get an early check-in but were told on arrival (1:15 pm) that this would not be possible. We understood…but then when we returned around 5:30 pm to check in...We booked here through Expedia.
