Location is great for OLG concerts! Many area restaurants and inside access to all of them as well as the Casino. Staff were great, checking was fast and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff (front desk, valet, cleaners) were lovely, helpful, informative and hard working. The room was clean, modern and had a good space. The bed was very comfortable and made sleep a breeze. The hotel's location was perfect with it being so close to the falls, connected to the casino, shops, restaurants, and fun zone.

8/10 Lovely Stay!
It was convenient to in a hotel connected to restaurants and a casino, eliminating the need to go. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, and the room clean. Additionally, having a Starbucks-site was a great convenience. Overall, I would stay here again and had a wonderful stay.

6/10 For two days we survived but would not go back.
Construction everywhere felt like we were intruding on the people wallpapering and constructing in the hotel.

10/10 The end result was beautiful rooms with a connecting door inside the rooms.

7/10 Very handy for seeing a show at OLG stage
Bed and pillows super comfy. Great connection to OLG stage so we didn’t need to walk outside.
Maintenance came quickly to help fix our tv issue.

The staff was amazing , one of the ladies working on the main floor noticed the candy machine only gave us 2 skittles for 1$ (lol) and she gave my 2 children skittles from her own personal stash . I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was working right near the convenience store (older, grey hair and skinny) . That made a big difference in my childrens stay ! Overall it was a great experience ! Thank you so much

Room was big and clean. Check in and out was really easy. Hotel is conveniently located with lots of restaurants and shops.

9/10 Very nice hotel
VERY clean, loved the indoor connection to Fallsview and having a good choice of food options without having to go out into the cold. Also loved the pool and hot tub - very clean, lots of towels and seats around the pool deck.
