We stayed with a cosmos tour group and got a great room on the sixth floor with a coffee machine, bottled water and a working security safe. We then returned 3 nights later after a trip south. Our ...We stayed with a cosmos tour group and got a great room on the sixth floor with a coffee machine, bottled water and a working security safe. We then returned 3 nights later after a trip south. Our room was on the 4th floor and faces the main freeway into Madrid. Also no coffee machine, safe didn't work an we were given one bottle of water for 2 guests. When I asked if we could use from the fridge ,they replied you have to pay for it . Finally got to sleep at midnight but woke up at 6am due to traffic noise on the freeway.show more
