One of the best places to stay on the island. Everything from staff (front desk, breakfast, valet crew) to services to location to amenities, This place has the all-in-one complete package. Need an extra fridge for your room? No problem. They send it promptly. Need a ride somewhere or a suggestion for local restaurant? The valet crew has you covered. Do you want an awesome breakfast that can carry you til dinner time? Ka'ana Kitchen is where it's at. Needless to say, you will not be disappointed with the overall experience here.

2/10 Not a hospitable place
Stay away from. Not a hospitable place. Front desk and back office staff completely antagonistic and immature . They don’t follow any rules per world of Hyatt. They take enjoyment in downgrading guest rooms placing them in lower categories than what they booked. We booked a resort view they gave us no view. And stood there and giggled about it. Maybe they felt good about that but really they are in the wrong industry if they despise people.

10/10 The trip of a lifetime
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. The pool was amazing and the staff was attentive. I have nothing bad to say about any of it. Because we were on a reward trip I had earned, we had excursions planned by my company and so did not use a lot of the additional activities but what we saw was great.

The Andaz was AMAZING. BEST resort I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, the included excursions and activities were so fun and I was surprised so many of the were included. The pools were awesome. There were ALWAYS open chaise lounges.The staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, lovely and spacious.

10/10 Best 5 start resort in Wailea area
Best Hotel in Wailea area after staying at all of them past 3 years. Best hotel in the wailea area. Very friendly valet, amazing staff all over. We enjoyed the breakfast. Pools are well.
I put Andaz First, followed by Four Seasons then Woldforf astoria and last Wailea resort by marriott.

6/10 great until 10:00pm
I liked the complimentary snacks and drinks that were provided with the room. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind.But if you like sleep this hotel is not where you should stay. It was loud until the bar closed at 10:00. But the pools were incredible.

Spacious modern rooms, beautiful views from patio and balcony. Adjacent to a stunning beach. Great food and drinks. Staff was warm and helpful. Wonderful lounge facilities for those arriving before room-ready, plus free onsite laundromat.

9/10 We had a wonderful time and it was a great resort in an awesome location.
Access to the beach and beach accessories were very helpful. The resort fee does include a lot of actual amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs, experiences). Location to a nearby shopping center was great and provided additional non-beach activities, and the courtesy vehicle made it accessible. Staff of all departments were great.

10/10 Beautiful resort and the perfect honeymoon!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet, the tiered pools, and the complimentary recreational activities. All in all it was truly a wonderful stay and when we left we kept thinking about how much we missed being there!

10/10 Perfect! Love it so much!
It was such a beautiful property! The open-air lobby was so nice. We actually fell asleep on one of the couches waiting for our room (We got there early). The smells at this property just put you on island time immediately. We had a wonderful time at the luau. We decided to do it the day we arrived because we were already so comfortable! There was direct access to the beach, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful! We had all these plans to explore, but we were so comfortable at the resort that we didn't do quite as much as we had planned. We actually had a red-eye to catch on the last day, and we could only get a 12:00 PM Check out. The staff offered to keep our luggage for us, let us hang out at the resort, and let us know about the shower room on site so that we could have a shower before our flight. I would stay here every time!

7/10 Fantastic weather, great pools nice people but starting to stretch our budget.
The pools were great, the services at the pool were excellent and the staff at the pools were really great! The room cleaning was excellent and the ability to use the grounds was exceptional. Valet was also very good. Loved the free drink with purchase of cabana.

The property is beautiful. There were shops close by we could walk to and a nice walking path along the water. Friendly staff. Market was good and the beach restaurant. Free shuttle takes you to near-by shopping and restaurants.

9/10 Amazing resort but room is a bit small
It’s a beautiful resort, the pool area is great. We went in off peak season so was able to get a spot to sit by the pool each time. They have resort activities like yoga or paddle boarding (for free)! The food on-site is of great quality too. Staff are super attentive and helpful. Fairly convenient to get around and they have a complimentary car service for drops offs near by.

The arrival is really phenomenal, with flowers and a beautiful walkway. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff very friendly and professional and the restaurants are great. The price was exorbitant though.

Everything about the resort was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities are great and the views are out fo this world. There are several pools to accommodate different groups and the hotel restaurant is amazing.

10/10 Amazing hotel for couples, families— comfortable and luxurious!!
This is the best hotel in Hawaii I have stayed at so far. Not only was the location amazing, with access to a large private beach, pools and expansive poolside decks, we could access all this directly from our room’s balcony. Also had free laundry available, lots of activities like music/luaus at night, hula & ukulele lessons, photography sessions, and just so many perks included. We used the valet parking which was $45 per day, but the staff were so quick and responsive and also gave us lots of advice on where to go. If you don’t have a car, it might be a little hard to access. All the staff were amazing, friendly, and really helpful. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and can’t recommend it enough.

beautiful surroundings, very nice accommodations, and very clean everywhere. I personally liked it very much that they had Peloton bikes and great treads.
