My room was on 5th floor, beautiful room, clean, but I was amazed by the night time front desk staff. My key didn't work, after I came down, he made a new one and followed me back up incase it didn't work again, he didn't want me to have to come back down again because it was 12am and I had 2 little kids with me. Outstanding!

10/10 Very pleasant. For downtown this hotel the best choice.
I love the location and the room is exceptional. I had a great experience with Vina, the manager. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Not only was she professional but also personable. I actually extended my stay when I was here. The breakfast is really good as well. Lots of choices for everyone. An added bonus.
I recommend this hotel. I will be back.
